Pebbo Pets (“Pebbo”) is a virtual-pet app for iPhone. Pebbo does not require an account, show ads, use advertising trackers, or use a general-purpose analytics SDK.
Pebbo stores your selected pet and preferences on your device. If you enable closed-app continuity, Pebbo also creates a random installation identifier and authentication secret in the iOS Keychain. These are not your name, email, Apple ID, or advertising identifier.
Closed-app continuity is off until you review its disclosure and enable it. When enabled, Pebbo sends information needed to request and secure Live Activity starts and renewals:
This information is used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot continuity. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking. The continuity database is not exposed directly to public app clients and uses restricted service access.
Apple controls Live Activity delivery and may delay, suppress, or end an activity. Pebbo cannot guarantee continuous presentation.
Apple processes App Store purchases. Pebbo uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and restore access. RevenueCat receives an anonymous Pebbo app-user identifier and transaction information needed to verify entitlements. Pebbo does not receive full payment-card information. Apple’s and RevenueCat’s processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
Pebbo uses Apple’s StoreKit review interface and cannot read the rating you choose or determine whether you submitted one. If you contact support, Pebbo receives the information you choose to provide, such as your email, message, screenshots, or anonymous RevenueCat customer ID.
Turning continuity off disables future scheduling and clears delivery tokens and pending occurrences from active use. Pebbo may retain a disabled installation record and operational history to enforce the newer off instruction, prevent stale requests from re-enabling it, protect the service, and diagnose failures.
You may request deletion of a disabled continuity record or support correspondence by emailing hello@habitbuilding.xyz. Include the installation or RevenueCat identifier shown in Pebbo Settings when applicable. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own requirements.
Pebbo shares information only with Apple for App Store purchases, ratings, notifications, and Live Activities; RevenueCat for purchase validation and restoration; and Pebbo’s hosted continuity provider for optional closed-app scheduling. Pebbo does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Pebbo is not designed to collect personal information from children. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child submitted personal information through support.
Pebbo uses installation-scoped credentials, authenticated requests, restricted database access, and Apple’s push-notification service. No system is completely secure. This policy may change when Pebbo’s features or providers change, and the effective date will be updated.
